The computer rebooted or was shut off during a backup.

The MozyHome client should resolve the problem when it starts the next automated backup.

To force a manual backup:

  1. Double-click the MozyHome icon in the system tray MozyHome icon.
  2. Click Start Backup.
If a backup stops for any reason, MozyHome keeps track of which files were backed up. Files that are already backed up are not re-sent unless a file has changed.
