The MozyHome service stopped unexpectedly.

To resolve the issue you need to manually restart the MozyHome service.

To restart the service, complete the following steps :

  1. Open the Windows Start menu, then type services.msc in the Search field. The Services window appears.
  2. Find and select MozyHome Backup Service from the list of services in the right-hand pane. Click the Name column header to alphabetize the list of services.
  3. To the left of the list of services, click Start or Restart. The Status column for the MozyHome Backup Service should now read Started.
  4. Close the Services window.
