The connection to the Mozy servers failed.

This is usually a temporary network issue between your computer and the Mozy servers. MozyHome automatically resumes the back up where it left off. You can wait for the next automatic back up, or manually start a backup.

To manually start a backup:


  • Double-click the MozyHome icon in the system tray , then click Start Backup.

If the error persists, there may be a problem with your Internet connection.
