A machine is already associated with this account. This error occurs when you reinstall your operating system or install Mozy on a new computer. To switch the computer that is associated with your Mozy account, see How do I migrate from one computer to another?

If you want to add an additional computer to your account, you can do so at https://mozy.com/login.

If you've recently reinstalled your operating system, or if you're installing MozyHome on a computer that will replace an existing computer on your account, you should perform a Web restore to retrieve your previous data.
