AccountError4

MozyHome does not recognize your computer, so it is not performing backups. This most commonly happens when you reinstall your operating system or install MozyHome on a new computer.

To resolve the issue:

Please send the following information to support@mozy.com:
  • Operating system you are using (such as Mac OS X Tiger, Windows XP).
  • Version of MozyHome you are using (identify the version by clicking the MozyHome icon in the menu bar, then clicking About Mozy.
  • Version of MozyHome you are using (identify the version by right-clicking the MozyHome icon in the system tray, then clicking About Mozy.
  • Firewall software you use on your computer and router.
  • Anti-virus or anti-spyware software you currently have enabled on your computer.
  • The error code (AccountError4).
  • Attach the following file to your email: C:\Program Files\MozyHome\Data\MozyHome.log .
