Uninstalling MozyHome

On the menu bar, click the MozyHome icon , then click Uninstall.
Click Uninstall MozyHome to verify the uninstall.
Enter your name and password in the appropriate fields, then click OK.
Click Yes to save your configuration files, or click No to delete your configuration files.
If you receive an error message stating you don't have permission to remove the program, selecting the OK, restart the computer, and empty the trash. This should take care of the issue. If not, please send us a support email.
This will not cancel your Mozy account. To do this, log into your account, https://mozy.com/login. Select My profile, then click Delete account. Your account is cancelled, and all of your information is completely deleted from Mozy's databases within 24 hours.
