The MozyHome log could not be updated.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Perform another backup.
  2. If the error persists, collect the following information for Mozy technical support:
    • Operating system you are using.
    • Version of MozyHome you are using (to find the version, click the MozyHome icon in the menu bar, then click About).
    • Name and version of any anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall software running on your computer.
    • MozyHome error code shown when the error occurred.
  3. If the error persists, email technical support (support@mozy.com) and attach your log files. See: Collecting Log Files.
