You have reached your storage quota. This means that you are using more storage space than your MozyHome account allows. Your previously backed-up data is safe on the Mozy servers, but you cannot back up again until you fix this problem.

To resolve the problem, try any and all of the following:

  • Purchase or request additional storage. To upgrade to MozyHome Unlimited, log into your MozyHome account and click Get MozyHome Unlimited in the menu on the left.
  • Reduce the number of files you are backing up. For additional information on changing files selected for backup see Selecting Files and Folders.
