MozyClientError1
MozyHome is out of memory and cannot prepare files for backup, most likely due to a lack of free disk space. MozyHome requires free disk space of approximately 1.5 times the size of the largest file you are backing up.
To resolve this issue:
- Reboot your computer.
- Perform a backup.
- If the error persists, identify the largest file selected for backup, then multiply its size by 1.5 to determine the required amount of free disk space.
- Delete any old or unused files to free up enough space for MozyHome to perform a backup.
- Perform a backup.
- If the error persists, close any memory-intensive programs, then perform a backup.
- If the error persists, you may need to add a larger hard drive or more RAM to your computer.
