MozyHome was unable to verify the account. This is usually the result of a misspelled or incorrect password.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Verify your username and password are correct by logging in to https://mozy.com/login.
  2. If you cannot remember your password, or your login information is correct and you still cannot log in, reset it clicking the Forgot your password link on the login screen.
  3. Make sure that Caps Lock is off and that you are entering the correct username (email address) and password associated with your MozyHome account.
