There are two scheduling methods you can use to customize when and how often MozyHome should back up your computer.

• Automatic: Backups occur when your computer is not in use. You can choose the parameters that MozyHome uses to determine when to start an automatic backup.
• Scheduled: Backups occur at the time you select. You can choose how often and when the backup occurs.

While you can combine the two scheduling methods to create a comprehensive backup schedule, you should think through the impacts such a schedule might have on your computer's performance and network bandwidth.
