Suspended account after credit card has been updated

Issue
When your renewal fails to go through due to the credit card charge failing, Mozy puts your account into a billing Suspend/Grace period for 7 days in order to give you time to change the card.
ResolutionIf your credit card has already been successfully updated, the card should automatically be charged the renewal 7 days after the first decline. Until the renewal is successfully charged, you will continue to recieve the suspension notices.
During the Grace Period your backups should continue, however your restore options will be restricted to only using the Mozy software installed on your machine. You will not be able to perform any restores from your account's home page.
Once the card successfully charges on the 7th day, everything should go back to normal and you will stop receiving suspension notices.
