Between now and June 30th, Mozy will begin the process of discontinuing the MozyConnect service.  MozyConnect enabled NAS devices will no longer backup to the Mozy cloud, and MozyConnect accounts and backed up data will be deleted after July 31st.  If you have any questions regarding your account / refunds, or encounter any problems and need to restore your data before July 31st, please contact Mozy Support
