Change the Password for a User MozyPro Admin Guide

The following steps allow an administrator to change a user's password from within the Admin Console:

  1. Log in to the Admin Console. For additional information, see Logging in to the Admin Console.
  2. Under Users in the left-side pane, click Search / List Users.
  3. Click the email address of the user whose password you want to change.
  4. In the upper-right side of the Username Information panel, click Change User Password.
  5. Enter a new password for the user in the Password text box and again in the Confirm Password text box.
  6. Click Save Changes.
Post-requisites:
  • Make sure to provide the new password to the user. Once the password is changed, the client will prompt for the new password to be entered for backups to continue.
