Enable or Disable Access for Mobile Devices MozyPro Admin Guide

Prerequisites:

  • Your account must have mobile access enabled.

To enable or disable access for mobile devices:

  1. Log in to the Admin Console. For additional information, see Logging in to the Admin Console.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click the link for your company name.
  3. At the top of the panel, locate the Enable Mobile Access setting.
  4. To enable access for mobile devices, change the Enable Mobile Access setting to Yes by clicking change. To disable access for mobile devices, change the setting to No.
