Install the Mozy Mobile App for Android and iOS Mozy User Guide

The Mozy mobile app is available in Google Play (formerly Android Market) and the iTunes App Store. When you install the Mozy mobile app on your mobile device, you can access and manage your files anywhere, any time. If you use MozyPro or MozyEnterprise, you can use the Mozy mobile app only if your administrator has enabled it for your account.

  1. Choose one of the following options:
    • (Android) Open Google Play.
    • (iOS) Open the App Store.
  2. Open the Search field.
    • (Android) Tap Search, Search .
    • (iOS) Tap Search, Search .
  3. In the Search field, enter Mozy, then:
    • (Android) Tap Go.
    • (iOS) Tap Search.
  4. Tap the Mozy mobile app.
  5. Install the Mozy mobile app.
    • (Android) Tap Install, and then tap OK to accept the permissions.
    • (iOS) Tap Free, and then tap Install. If prompted, enter your App ID, then tap OK.
